Harlow Barney was the watermaster of Walla Walla County, Washington in 1927, and held the position until 1963. This collection, which dates from approximatley 1920 to 1965, consists of watershed and land ownership maps, water usage laws, surveys, reports, aerial photographs, insurance information, business and personal correspondence, and retirement information.
