Summary:The Intercollegiate Knights, Fang Chapter Records consist of scrapbooks containing mostly captioned photographs but also occasionally newspaper clippings, documents, and other memorabilia. The records also include minute books of chapter meetings from 1945 through 1976, president's meeting agenda notes, chapter president's reports, and miscellaneous documents such as initiation questions, purchase orders for sweaters, and other ephemera documenting the chapter's activities.

Irene Thatcher Scrapbooks

Summary:The Thatcher scrapbooks consist of two volumes. The first, which covers the years 1963-1966, deals with the Montana Centennial train and contains newspaper clippings, memorabilia, and passenger lists all dealing with the train’s organization and journey to New York in 1964. The second scrapbook contains newspaper clippings dating from 1948 to 1955 about Madison and Gallatin County pioneers, including Lilla Bogert, Frieda Bull, Elmer Cass, Mary Hunter Doane, Caroline McGill, Pete Karst, Frank “Doc” Nelson, Lester Pierstorff, and Davis Willson.

Summary:The Cassandra O. Phelps Papers consist of personal papers and newspaper clipping scrapbooks created or collected by Cassandra O. Phelps. Topics include: the inaugural meeting minutes of the Judith Basin County Chapter of the American Pioneer Trails Association, May 29, 1945, the Montana Council organizational activities, research inquiries regarding the National Industrial Conference Board, farm foreclosures in the mid 1920s, illustrations and pricing of horse harness equipment circa 1915, and National Cash Register company recording transactions of an unidentified business in 1914. Other topics include general Montana history, the vigilantes of 1863-64, Charles M. Russell, and the battle of the Little Bighorn. However, as well as financial information.
