The Mid-Valley Arts Council's mission is to promote, support, coordinate, and facilitate expression of the arts in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties. They are one of Oregon's ten private, non-profit Regional Arts councils and are supported through a combination of earned income, local and state government grants, and donations of members and volunteers.
