Arne Zaslove has been involved in the theater community in Seattle and internationally for many decades. He has served as Artistic Director for the Bathhouse Theatre and Floating Theatre in Seattle and the National Theatre School of Canada. He is well-known as a theater director, clown doctor, and master teacher.

Oral history interview conducted by Susan Weingarten on March 11, 2013. Zaslove discusses his family and childhood in Ohio and Pennsylvania and long career in theater. Zaslove recalls his work with Carlo Mazzoni, Jacques Lecoq, and Jean Louis Barrault. He discusses his move to Washington and how his research into the Cabala for a play led him to a meaningful friendship with Rabbi Richard Rosenthal of Tacoma.
