Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Stephen Williams stuided film at the University of Southern California (USC) and earned his Master of Fine Arts degree (MFA) at the University of Utah. He has taught at Salt Lake Community College since 2002. Willimas has directed corporate, short and feature films, including some works exploring issues facing homosexual members fo the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Bill Dunn, a devout Mormon, has suffered a heart attack. His family and Mormon bishop have gathered to give him a Priesthood blessing. Tensions rise when David, Bill's gay son, asks to participate in the performance of this ritual. This short narrative examines the family dynamics between a young gay man and his Mormon family. 17 minutes.
