Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Victor Scharhon (1918-1990) was designated the official scribe of the Orthodox Jewish community in Seattle. After graduating from Garfield High School, he went into apprenticeship and then opened his own print shop in 1939, specializing in Hebrew calligraphy.
