Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Miles White is a teacher, writer, and ethnomusicologist. He received his PhD from the University of Washington in 2005 and his TESL Certification from Bridge-Linguatec Language Services, Colorado in 2007. He has taught classes on ESL, African American Culture, American Popular Music and more. He has also published a variety of books and articles about music, race, gender, and politics. He is currently an assistant professor in the English Language Studies department at Gyeongju University, South Korea.
