The Culture Lure Club was formed on December 16, 1932, as a women's club meant to "provide cultural development, higher education, social progress, and personal improvement to members, through subjects of interest to its members, and work for community, state and national uplift."

The Culture Lure Club records (1932-1995) contains documents regarding this Salt Lake City club, including meeting records, correspondence, a constitution, a charter member list, club notebooks, and other documents. The club notebooks contain the recorded proceedings of the club from 1976 to 1995 and include meeting minutes, award notes, and address lists. The collection also contains a list of the original members of the club in 1932, and drafts of the club's constitution. Other materials include correspondence and the club's 50th Anniversary celebration materials.
