This collection includes three types of material: budget material from 1932-1933, payroll records from 1938-1939 and 1941-1942, fee records from 1941-1942. The budget records budget information for medical instruction, the Outpatient Clinic, Doernbecher Memorial Hospital for Children, and nursing education. The payroll records consist of payroll, statements, time sheets, correspondence of Business Manager Ralf Couch, fees and notes. Included are time sheets and other payroll records for students hired under the National Youth Administration. The fee records contain correspondence and receipts relating to fees paid by medical and nursing students for the 1941-1942 academic year.
