Custodial History

Per note in collection: "The enclosed letters came from [the] home of Frank Young (born in 1860s or early 1870s -son of Aaron D. Young and Lucy Plimpton Young). Frank Young's second wife, whom he married late in life, was Catherine Lamberson who had been a teacher at Washington High School for many years. Her mother's family name had been Groener before she wasd married. These letters were given to Betsy Abbot by Frank Young's sister, Cara Young Burdin (Mrs. H. Sprague Burdin) of 4125 SE Belmont, who says she knows of no members of the Lamberson or Groener (walnut growers in Dundee area) families to give them to. So - I am passing them along to OHS."
