Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Grace E. Bruce was born in 1888. She married C. W. Burckett in 1918 in Washington. She lived the majority of her life in West College Place, Walla Walla, Washington. The Mill Creek flood took place in March, 1931. Flood waters were channeled down several of the main east-west streets in Walla Walla, Washington and the surrounding areas.
