Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Born Bella Kracower she married Emmanuel Secord. She was a 1916 graduate of Broadway High School, a University of Washington graduate, and an early Seattle woman pharmacist. She belonged to the Menorah Society and acted in its plays.

Family papers mainly document her father's immigration to the U.S. from Rumania. Also included are photographs from her husband's side of the family, the Secords.
