The Faculty Advisory Council at the University of Oregon is a university standing committee responsible for providing the President and other Administration officials with faculty opinion and counsel on a wide range of university affairs.
The committee was officially established in 1916, although a presidential advisory group made up of faculty members has existed since the creation of the university. The committee has been referred to in the past as the President's Advisory Council.
