Richard Haag Associates was a landscape architectural planning and design firm with a portfolio of over 500 built projects. Located in Seattle, Washington, the firm had fifty-nine years of experience in the master planning and development of parks trails, recreational and wilderness education facilities, interpretive centers, international events, resorts, planned communities, and institutions including museums, universities, and the U.S. Consulate and Embassy in Lisbon. Richard Haag was the principal landscape architect. He has also served as Professor Emeritus at the University of Washington, where he founded the Department of Landscape Architecture in 1963. Richard Haag Associates closed on June 30, 2016.
