Ven. William F. Bulkley photographed places and people related to the Episcopalian Church in Utah during the early twentieth century and assembled the photos on poster boards. He traveled throughout Northern Utah lecturing with the poster boards to the mining communities and Native American Reservations. The poster boards are a photographic representation of his life and time with the Utah Episcopalian Church.
