Seattle pioneer families of Arthur A. Denny and George F. Frye. Arthur Armstrong Denny was a banker, merchant, member of first territorial legislature, and territorial delegate to the U.S. Congress. George Frederick Frye was a businessman in milling, steamboating, and building construction.
