The Alan E. Brockbank papers (1940-1980s) consist of records from various corporations and companies, correspondence, reports, land development plans and specs, architectural drawings, pamphlets, studies, writings, bulletins, and personal papers. Alan Elliot Brockbank (1903-1990) was a Salt Lake City builder and developer during the 1940s through the 1970s. He founded the Home Builder's Association in Utah and was known for his low-income housing projects, such as Rose Park. Architectural drawings listed towards the end were projects developed by Alan E. Brockbank, only a few however were acutally built.
