Scope and Content: History of St. Paul and Tacoma Lumber Company, correspondence, minutes, speeches, recordings 1946, financial records, 1866-1978 (bulk ca. 1956-1961).

Contains record documenting the acquisition of Saint Paul and Tacoma Lumber Company by the Saint Regis Paper Company in 1957. It also includes personal papers of Wagner.

Murray Morgan's "Mill on the Boot" is a history of the firm. The history of St. Paul and Tacoma mentioned in acc.#-2 above is an amateur writing at the beginning of Box 1.
