Stephan Soihl is an accomplished painter, sculptor and printmaker from Portland, Oregon. He taught at Portland Community College and is an active member of the Blackfish Gallery. Soihl received his bachelor of fine arts in sculpture and painting from the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland and his master of fine arts from Portland State University. Soihl has exhibited in solo and two-person shows as well as in numerous galleries throughout the West Coast.

Soihl's works are included in collections at the Hallie Ford Museum of Art at Willamette University; at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland; at the University of Oregon Museum of Art in Eugene; and at Portland Community College, Sylvania in Portland.
