Leah Jaffe was born October 1, 1955 in Seattle. After graduating from high school, she attended Parson's School of Design in New York City and worked for Seattle companies such as Serac, Sportscaster, Eddie Bauer, and Nordstrom's. She currently owns Leah's catering and has created the website Leah Cooks Kosher at http://www.leahcookskosher.com/ .
