Bertoch is a Utah author, teacher, and philanthropist. She co-wrote, with her husband Marvin J. Bertoch, Modern echoes from ancient hills: our Greek heritage. She also taught speech at Westminster College in Salt Lake City and donated money for the building of Kingsbury Hall at the University of Utah.
