Roy Kinnear, born 1881, died 1959, was affiliated with Associated Industries of Seattle, Building Owners and Managers Association of Seattle, Silent Drama Syndicate, and Seattle Charter Revision Committee; and concerned with the open and closed shop in Seattle, taxation and the Republican Party in Washington.

Correspondence, campaign material, speeches and writings, a scrapbook, and reports from his terms as a Washington state legislator from Seattle, and concerning organizations with which he was affiliated, including labor spy reports compiled for the Associated Industries of Seattle in 1920, annual reports of Building Owners and Managers Association of Seattle (1920-23), and correspondence of the Silent Drama Syndicate (1920-27); 1920-1953.
