Historical NoteReturn to Top

The Office of Graduate Medical Education Program Assessment and Development is responsible for insuring that candidates for appointments to the Univeristy of Washington's School of Medicine residency programs meet minimum ACGME, UW, and state eligibility requirements. Residents and fellows are selected by the directors and faculty of sixty-seven individual residency programs located in the School of Medicine, while it is the responsibility of the Director of GMEPAD and Graduate Medical Education Committee to review the results of residency selections for each training program, both througout the program and their subsequent careers.
