Biographical NoteReturn to Top
Warland Gray Cutler was born in 1895 in Walla Walla, Washington. He graduated from Whitman College in 1914. Cutler was a former officer engineer with the state highway department in both Walla Walla and Yakima. He married Berniece Cutler, with whom he had two children, Elizabeth and Joseph. He died in 1947.
