Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Cram was born in 1877 in Minnesota. He moved West with his family in 1880 and grew up in Montana and in Fairhaven and Port Angeles, Washington. He then lived in Payette, Idaho and worked as a teacher and as an employee of a dry goods business. After financial reverses he moved with his wife and children to Seattle where he worked as an insurance salesman.
