Industrial and public relations consultant. Mallory, a resident of Index, Washington, was an industrial consultant, furnishing "analytical and statistical information" for industrial development. He operated the West Coast Reporting Service and held offices in the following organizations: Washington State Sportsmen's Council, Northwest League of Sportsmen, Snohomish County Industrial Development Bureau. He was concerned with Initiative 198 ( right to work), Initiative 203 (pulping pollution standards), and he campaigned against the Nez Perce Dam in Idaho as the secretary of the Northwest League of Sportsmen.
