Historical NoteReturn to Top

Ellensburg Community Television, (ECTV) was established by the Ellensburg City Council on April 2, 1984. ECTV is a branch of the City of Ellensburg, but is managed by the Multimedia Technology and Instructional Support Unit of Central Washington University (CWU). The Ellensburg Cable Commission acts as the governing body for ECTV, which consists of five members appointed by the City Council. The council reviews and approves, or disapproves, equipment purchases as well as all operating procedures.
