The Northwest Section, Ninety-Nines Incorporated collection consists primarily of minutes of meetings, correspondence, scrapbooks, and publications. Most series consist of a single folder. There is a correspondence series in each subgroup, divided into incoming and outgoing correspondence. The first subgroup contains two published histories of the Ninety-Nines, Incorporated, as well as various Ninety-Nines publications, including "The 99 News" In the second subgroup there are four large scrapbooks, with both newspaper clippings and photographs, as well as a body of loose clippings. These clippings are arranged by date where possible, and by subject where no date is available. In the third subgroup there is a large body of minutes of meetings, as well as annual reports and newsletters, each in a separate series, filed in chronological order.

The collection consists of the Intermountain Chapter's Meeting minutes and records, Annual Northwest Section Meeting records, and publications from or pertaining to the chapter and Ninety-Nines Inc. activities such as the powder Puff derby. Dates of this collection range from 1959 to 2015. Several records are associated with Barbara Thisted and Ann Easterly.

The materials of this collection come in many formats. The Items associated with B. Mayfield include photo albums, paper raffle tickets, colorful scarves, receipts from the 1987 meeting, paper records on and from the 1997 Northwest Section Meeting, photographs of the event, and metal pins shaped as airplanes. The items Associated with B. Thisted include memorabilia related to the Ninety-Nines, a cassette tape, paper records from the Ninety-Nines including correspondence between members, publications by and about the Ninety-Nines and their members, paper promotional materials, and educational materials for aviators. Box 4 contains materials that have been separated due to mold contamination. This collection is dated between 1987 and 2004

This collection consists of the paper Northwest Board of Directors meeting records, bylaws, and financial records for the organization. There are additional digital files consisting of records pertaining to the Northwest Section including meeting minutes for the Board of Directors. The digital records are dated between 1932 and 2020. The physical records are dated between 1977 and 2017.

The collection consists of the following: 5 scrapbooks which contain photographs of the Intermountain chapter between the years of 1955 and 2003. An envelope containing several undated photographs also depicting the members and events of the Intermountain chapter. Lastly, a pencil from the 2005 annual Northwest Section Meeting, which the Intermountain chapter hosted. The last item is a digital photograph of the chocolates served at the 1997 annual Northwest Section Meeting.

The collection consists of 11 scrapbooks and 1 folder containing photographs and paper documents. Most of the scrapbooks contain photographs of the Idaho Ninety-Nines during their events or events to which they have been invited including many educational events and community service activities related to aviation. Some of the scrapbooks contain letters, cards, and papers about the organization or their members. They are glued or taped into the scrapbook or placed under plastic sleeves to protect them. The scrapbooks are dated from 1952 to 2003. The folder contains records of meetings from the 99s between 1954 and 1973 and are handwritten or typed.

The collection consists of Ninety-Nines membership directories, the fancy props newsletter, 99 News magazines, the Women with Wings newsletters, meeting minutes from the Northwest Section and the Intermountain Chapter, VHS tapes, and related records.
