Biographical NoteReturn to Top

John David Gallacci (1901-1982) was a charter member of the International Longhoremen's Association, Local 38-86 (Port Angeles, Washington). Gallacci served as Secretary Treasurer before retiring and took a withdrawal in 1952. Gallacci participated in the maritime strikes of 1934 and 1936-1937, and eventually became Secretary-Treasurer of Local 38-86.
